- Dress code: Smart casual. No tracksuits, sportswear, caps, shorts or trainers of any variety (under-12s should dress smartly).
- Hospitality opens: 3 hours before kick-off
- Hospitality closes: 1.5 hours after the final whistle
- Entrance: East Stand Atrium
- Payments: Cashless, card only
- Parking: No car parking included; accessible by tube or bus
- Entry: Valid ticket required; no re-entry
