Internal note template
Subject: Client entertaining options for [Event] on [Date]

Please see options for entertaining [Client / guests] on [Date].
- Option A: [Package] for [X] guests. Includes [one-line inclusions]. Approx [price or band].
- Option B: [Package] for [X] guests. Includes [one-line inclusions]. Approx [price or band].
My recommendation: [A/B] because [privacy / view / budget / guest mix].
Approval needed by [deadline] to secure availability.
What decision-makers usually want

- Why this impresses the client
- Risk notes (fixture change, dress code, lead time)
How we help
We write options so they are easy to forward: inclusions, timings and next steps in plain English. You stay the owner of the internal thread.
Request availability with guest numbers and deadline, and we will send options ready to share.
