Typical planning windows

• High-demand Premier League fixtures: enquire as soon as the date matters to your client list
• Club-level and tunnel-style packages: popular dates move quickly; midweek or less hyped fixtures can be easier
• Cricket ODIs and international days: suite packages for big London dates often need earlier planning
• Summer season (Henley, polo, racing festivals): book once the diary date is firm; prestige days go first
• Landmark events (for example Ryder Cup years): treat as long-lead entertaining
