Corporate Hospitality Checklist: Dress Code, Arrival, Parking and Details PAs Forget

Once a package is approved, the risk shifts from sourcing to guest communication. These are the details that prevent day-of messages.

Checklist before you send the invite

  • Dress code (smart casual vs casual; away colours rules; trainers policy)
  • Arrival time and when hospitality opens
  • Entrance / turnstile and where to meet
  • What is included for food and drink
  • Parking (included or not; best public transport note)
  • Bag policy and re-entry rules
  • Dietary deadlines if the venue needs advance notice

What to put in the guest email

Date, kick-off or start time, meeting point, dress code, and one contact number. Keep it short. Attach or link the package summary if stakeholders want proof of inclusions.

Why this matters for client entertaining

Clients judge the host on how smooth the day feels. Clear logistics protect the relationship as much as the seat view does.

When we send options, we include the practical details. Enquire with your fixture and we will confirm the day-of notes with the package.

For PAs & bookers

Send the brief. Get options the same day.

Event, guest numbers and rough date are enough. We’ll come back with packages you can share for approval.
